Nominé Renard

"Best-value Marne Valley - every bottle reflects three generations on the same land"

Tasting Notes

"Approachable, honest and surprisingly deep — the perfect introduction to grower champagne."

COLOUR & BUBBLES

Pale gold with golden-yellow reflections. A fine, regular column of bubbles — lively when poured, then calm and elegant.

NOSE

Fresh citrus, white blossom and a subtle hint of brioche. With a swirl: ripe apple, yellow peach and a touch of spiced yeast. Inviting and easy to like.

PALATE

A lively attack with fresh, balanced acidity. The mid-palate shows ripe citrus fruit and a light creaminess, carried by a fine, persistent bead. The finish is pleasantly long and refreshing, with a subtle mineral edge.

Food Pairing

Apéritif, soft cheeses, charcuterie, light fish dishes and cold vegetable plates.
