Eighty percent Meunier and twenty percent Pinot Noir from Festigny and Leuvrigny, fermented in a mix of stainless steel and wooden tun. Forty percent comes from the current harvest; the remaining sixty percent is drawn from a perpetual reserve started in 2012. Bottled with zero dosage — nothing added, and nothing to hide behind.
